Support: Feeder Cattle (March) March feeder cattle were lower on Friday, but that just erased the gains from Thursday. The market has been consolidating in the middle of the recent (wide)range, 132(ish) and 145(ish). Right here in the middle of no-mans land, we do not see a lot of conviction on either side. Support: Lean Hogs (April) April lean hogs made new contract highs on Friday, extending the RSI into overbought territory with a reading of 72.87. With that said, a high RSI is not a standalone reason to short a market, as some may have learned the hard way this year in other markets. We have been optimistic on lean hogs for the last month + on the back of the same thesis we have had for live cattle, more fund participation.
